You come with what's alive. That thing underneath the other thing you've been trying to manage; the question you haven't said out loud yet; the overwhelming change that shakes your foundation; the repeating frustration you just can't seem to resolve, no matter how much therapy or self-study; the season that's gone on a little longer than you have language for. We start there.
Scratch the Surface does a lot more than any free discovery call. It's actual work, the kind that moves something between the moment it starts and the moment you integrate.
How it goes:
Before we meet, you'll fill out a short intake form. Not paperwork. Your first act of turning toward what you actually want to say. The more honest you are in it, the more we can do.
We spend sixty minutes working with what's alive for you. I follow where the truth takes us. Sometimes that means sitting with something until it opens. Sometimes it means moving — literally. If you have a space where you can walk or stand or simply not be fixed to a chair, use it. The body tends to find things the mind is still working up to.
You leave with something concrete: a question that opens something, an invitation toward what's next, or a path through whichever of my three keys fits your moment — intuition, grace, or repair.
The last fifteen minutes are an honest conversation about what you actually need. Whether that's deeper work together or something else entirely. No pressure either way.
One conversation, at the right moment, is enough to start.
