The Diagnostic is a paid, single-engagement service for department heads and organizational leaders. It exists for one purpose: to identify what's actually driving the problem underneath the one you've been trying to solve.

Here's how it works.

I speak with two to three people inside your team, formed as a loose mediation/talking circle. I'm not auditing, documenting, or producing a report. I'm listening for what isn't being said directly, reading the relational dynamics underneath what is, and reflecting on how all the parts weave together.

At the end, I deliver a verbal read and a written followup within 3-4 days after our appointment. What's alive in the room that hasn't been named. Where the friction is actually coming from. What the stated problem is sitting on top of. What a little bit of time and space to integrate our exchange may add to this conversation. 

The full engagement takes place within one week of booking. It can be conducted remotely. In-person options are to be discussed before booking.
