The length of time you've been together, your shared purpose, and your long-term goals all shape how we work. I don't have a one-size-fits-all process. I have a set of tools—Forum, embodied movement, mediation, structured reflection, NLP, parts work, and more—that I adapt to what you actually need.
Prep: I learn your terrain and teach you mine with an introductory workbook. Intake conversations, questionnaires, stakeholder mapping.
The activation: A half-day or full-day Forum session. This is where what's underneath surfaces and what needs to be known to all is explored in the circle. Confidentiality, consent, and exploration are foundational.
Integration: Debrief, follow-up, and a custom integration map to help the group continue the work with what Forum has now uncovered.
